The end of the road (the first road)....

Hi again!

Well, it's a interesting topic because say a lot of us for different reasons (context, life story, experiences, influences, motivation, our dreams for the future, a veeeery extensive etc.).

Most of us don't have any idea about what will happen in the future with our lifes, but is an important thing to take in consideration because we are the only one that can to define it. In my case, I knew before to finish the undergraduate what I would want to do in the future (now). Well, finally I finished the undergraduate and now I take a Master of Science in my faculty (Favet) in Animal and Veterinary Science.

Fortunately, I was clear about that I would want to do with my future (research in genetic improvement, genomic studios, sequentiation, etc. applied to fish farming and environmental protection (ecotoxicology)).

Because of this, I have a great opportunity to develop this area in Favet. In general, vets don't like genetic, production, maths, numbers, etc. The research group that I'm in is very small and new, because of this, I have the opportunity to go to study at other countries to get more experience and knowledge. Recently, I won a scholarship to go to study at Spain about 6 months at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona with a research group in genetic and genomic (CRAG) who collaborate with our group. Also, I get a job in a research project related to genetic improvement in Salmon.

This kind of opportunities begin to appear when we have a clear idea that we want to do in the future. Think about that for your future ;).

The best concert |m|

Hi everyone!

In this opportunity I will talk about the concerts. Well, I like a lot the music and this is a important part of my life. For me, it's an expression modality of the musicians very different from record a disc, dvd, EP, etc. In the concert, the artist show us his real abilities.

In my life I went to several concerts, the first one was Deep Purple concert in March 26 th in 2006, in National Stadium with my school friend Hernán. In general, I like concerts that I can see the band because is very boring when I can't see them if there are a bigger person than me at the front :( .

Coming soon, I will go to Gets Louder concert (28 th september) and then to Pearl Jam's concert (4 th November) :D:D:D:D:D

wujuuuuuuuuu!!!

....But the best concert that I ever went was "The 20 years of Mama Funk disc of Los Tetas". It's the best because Los Tetas are my favorite band, and for me, this disc is the best that they have!. In this opportunity I went with my friends "cachorro" and "pepa" (school friends). Also, in this event was there my university friend "tío Emilio" but I don't saw him.

The country I would like to visit is China.

Hi!

China is a country from Asia and it's the most populous country in the world (1,376,049,000 persons to 2015). This country is specially interesting for me because Kung-Fu was born in China (martial art that I practice in this moment). I feel that I will better understand this martial art if I understand the roots of it because I see the Kung-Fu like a life style. I would like to visit Xin Hui city (south of China) because in that place was born the Choy Lee Fut (style of Kung-Fu that I practice).  

Also, I would like to see the wildlife like Panda Bears, South China tiger, Yak, Chinese crocodile, etc. For this, I would need to visit places like Jiuzhaigou valley, Ayding lake, Yunnan and Hainnan islands, etc.

To me is very important to understand this martial art because I think that it doesn't make sense if I see it only as a sport.
